Jonas Printing Problems

ISSUE

Camrost user has an issue printing to PDF's

They were using Adobe printer to print PDF's

All other printing functions were working properly in Jonas

Adobe printer was functioning properly with other applications.

SOLUTION

The Jonas help desk asked the user to stop using Adobe Printer and start using MS PDF Printer.

The user advises that this solved the issue
